With BPO ODER DISPOSITION all production orders of one or more mixing plants can be coordinated on one transparent operation sheet. This allows the plan the mixed material production easier than ever before. Capacity bottlenecks can be identified quickly and the orders can be postponed or moved to another location at the click of the mouse.

All orders can be dispatched cross-plant. The current capacity of every plant is apparent immediately which allows fast response to requests.
Operation Board
Every Mixing plant can dispatch all order on an interactive operation board. The capacities are planned, bottlenecks immediately apparent and can be resolved beforehand.
Mixing Sequence
Production orders and times are calculated from supply orders. The Mixing master can split the individual mixing orders and interactively generate a mixing sequence for the respective day.
