Via Indicator values, accessible for every mixing plant, it can be determined if target performance can be met. Then it is easy to detect if freight space should be disposed from one mixing plant to another.
Transport
BPO Site Logistics uses the trucks to the fullest capacity by rearranging logistics cross-site and cross-plant. Idle time of the fleet and sites is avoided and cost is saved.
Real-time Network
The network between site, freight space and mixing plants generates transparency about the progress on site - for everyone involved. The dispatchers are able to react quickly and are always up-to-date.
Actua-Target Comparison
The performance of every mixing plant and site is illustrated in the cockpit. Deviations can be spotted at a glance and counteractive measures can be introduced.
